瑞記咖啡 Shui Kee Coffee is located in Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building or what some people see also as one of the two Sheung Wan Cooked Foods Centre. One lovely morning sis, cousins and I walked over to get a nice, light breakfast to start our day and stumbled inside. The cooked foods centre is usually PACKED to the brim with people during the early morning work hours as well as during the busy bustling lunch hours, but we got lucky. We went in at an odd time of 10:30am (where everyone’s already eaten or off at work and also before the busy lunch crowd.) Sis suggested us trying this famous milk tea spot and we were in LOVE.
The prices were CHEAP. We all went with their signature milk teas. 2 hot milk teas and 2 iced cold milk teas (love the bottles they’re served in!) Each only costing HK$12!!! SCORE.
Love the iced milk tea bottles for sis and I!
I went with the luncheon pork and egg bun which is only HK$13…and was a HUGE portion! The luncheon meat was bomb (yes, I have a secret obsession with spam, spam, spam!) This was surprisingly good and hit the spot. It wasn’t too greasy or oily and I loved the soft sweet bun that held it together.
