I went for quick bites at Bizou: American brasserie before catching a movie at Pacific Place. Bizou is one of the many new restaurants opening up shop at PP. Pacific Place is rebranding itself by adding tons more restaurants into the complex- with recent openings like Apinara, Operetta, Dim Sum Library, etc- and I would definitely say it’s a good thing. This is Dining Concepts newest restaurant opening since Spiga.
We went in the afternoon and they had some small snacks and bites for us to order from. The steak tartare, HK$168 was flavorful and rich. The portion is quite small though. It’s quite pricey as a small starter.
Hello you. Slather on a bit of the spicy mustard and slap it atop a piece of the crispy baguette and you are good to go.
Mac & Cheese, HK$68 was SOOOOO cheap and big! The portion of this was like a meal….I was assuming the mac and cheese to come out as a small side…but we got this huge hot plate instead! I scarfed down plenty of this cheesy goodness. I liked how they added a generous portion of bread crumbs on top of this. Make sure you eat this first cause it cooled that quite fast.
🙂 I think I’ll have to come back to try out the rest of the dishes from here another time I’m at PP.
