Cafeine is a small (seating roughly 20 people) little hole-in the wall cafe on a big open road on Queens Road Central! It’s warm, bright, open with bold white walls, cute red decor (the theme colors are definitely white and red- notice the awesome ‘FOOD’ painting in the background) and cozy to boot!

See…Cute little place! Filled with ‘reds’ and ‘whites’ 🙂 They have a small selection of simple breakfast staples (post), pastas, salads, toasted sandwiches and baked goods. Each exquisitely crafted (mind you- the portions are on the smaller side).

Trio of Soup-Mushroom, Tomato, & Pumpkin $52. Each soup had its own distinct flavor. Whether it be the creamy pumpkin soup, pesto infused thick tomato soup, or the rich and olive-oil drenched mushroom soup!

Salad: Roast Pumpkin, Chili, Hummus, & Coriander $58. This was my main and it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. The hummus portion was ridiculously huge! It was a different take on pumpkin salad…Missing a few leaves if you ask me.

Breakfast: Poached Eggs, Truffled Mushrooms, Roast Tomatoes & Hollandaise $72. I had a bite of V’s dish and it had hints of black truffled goodness everywhere. The baby spinach were so tasty…I have no idea even how to explain this one!!! Yum to the max.

Banana and Walnut Bread, Toasted with Syrup $24. Dessert.

LOOK at the size of the pumpkin and hummus!!!! Definitely worth a try…and my, did the toasted sandwiches look good!!!! 🙂 They’re closed at 6pm every day!! But they’re open bright and early at 7:30 AM (M-F) and 8Am (weekends)!
