C’est La B at Pacific Place

C’est La B at Pacific Place is one of my favorite places to grab a quick snack (their yummy cakes), easy lunch (my go-to salon lunch: their chicken bolognaise) and fresh juices. I finally went before work one day to try out their lunch menu. You can’t make reservations here- so by 1pm it was pretty packed. We waited roughly ten minutes to get a table outside.

Feast for your eyes. I went with the Gangnam bento box: Korean short ribs and fried rice lunch box at HK$145 along with a drink.

Chinese chicken bolognaise HK$108…my go-to lunch option at the salon! I love the delicate egg noodles, juicy chicken and crunchy green beans mix. Big thanks Johnny Lam at iL Colpo for always making my hair so purtttttty. A big shout out to iMakeupWorkshop too for always dolling up my face! <3

Back to my lunch that day! I got an iced lemon tea to go with my bento box.

Such a pretty lunch! F went with the signature Mrs. B banana pancakes. It comes with sweet and chunky banana slices, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and tons of maple syrup (you can drizzle more or less- up to you.)

My Gangnam lunchbox was surprisingly really filling. When I first saw it, I was surprised how tiny it looked. For the price, I think it could’ve been slightly bigger. The korean short ribs were extremely tender, sweet and perfectly grilled. I loved the texture of the beef. I really liked the delicious and savory fried rice too. It was also extra healthy- tons of veggies were packed in. The spring salad was a nice touch but the jiao zi (fried dumplings) weren’t my fave.

Overall, I still love this place. I’ll probably stick to the chicken bolognaise though!! 🙂
