One fine morning..the parents, jie and I ventured over to neighboring chain, Classified, for some good ol’ Western breakfast. We went to the Hollywood Road branch in Sheung Wan. Sure, you must’ve seen it. That one shop with the cool patio out front. 
The first Classified opened in 2006 (in this very Sheung Wan location) and after quick success…has 7 shops now!!! They serve ‘Al fresco’ type of food, specialize in Artisan cheese, gourmet wines, have FREE wifi along with an all day breakfast dining menu!

English pork sausage sarnie on sliced white bloomer w/ HP sauce $44. The pork sausage was sandwiched between two giant pieces of bread!!

Scrambled eggs on sourdough toast w/ grilled tomatoes $36. The eggs were soft, fluffy and buttery. It was a simple, satisfying breakfast! Loved the accompanying crispy sourdough bread!
