The weather was hot but that still didn’t stop us from going to INA Hot Pot by Inagiku in Sheung Wan. If the name sounds familiar – it’s because INA Hot Pot is. Ina is owned and run by the restaurant group Inagiku. Inagiku has two spots in Royal Garden on Kowloon side and one in IFC at Four Seasons.
The 3 of us went on a whim one Saturday evening. The customer service was spot on, food was good, place was spacious and clean so we were surprised that the restaurant was so empty.
We ordered the sukiyaki set! A sneak peak of whats to come.
Vegetables stewing away. Yum!
We ordered a plate of their US Strip loin pieces!
As well as a plate of their specialty homemade dumplings.
Let’s get back to the sukiyaki!
A hefty chunk of fat and onions hit the pan first! The aroma was heavenly.
We also ordered a plate of their A5 Japanese Wagyu beef….simply fantastic. Juicy, flavorful and melt in your mouth type of goodness.
HELLLLLO! Looking good! 😉 I demolished a lot of various bowls of meat, veggies and loads more.
Some sweets to end the night! I’ll definitely be coming back to Ina when I’m craving hot pot.
