Eggscellent Breakfasts

GOOD MORNING Good lookin’!! 🙂 I don’t know about you (or whether I’m normal or not). I always most of the time look forward to the morning and day ahead! And, one of the things jump starting my days….Breakfast, of course.



It get’s me smiling like that! 😉

Breakfast/Brunch is consistently one of my favorite meals and so I’ve heard countless times…the most important meal of the day. Period. It fuels you in the morning, after sleeping (hopefully) 7 to 8 hours the night before- our body is screaming for food, nutrient and replenishment! It’s called Breakfast, for a reason…Break the Fast.

So here’s to one eggspecially eggsciting post! 🙂 Some Egg-y highlights of 2012.


Poached Eggs (Runny Yolk Galore) w/ a side of Grilled Pork Sausage, mixed vegetables and grilled cherry tomatoes at Siam Kempinski, in Thailand.


Light Breakfast Platter (There were bigger and scarier things on the menu!!) Bacon, toasted bread, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and a small-size classic waffle +a side of honeydew instead of homefries. Green Waffle Diner, Soho, Central.


Breakfast Platter- Deliciously milky, whipped, creamy truffle infused scrambled eggs….some avocado, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, and a side of thick toast! C’est La B, Pacific Place-“Live Life to the Fullest”….they got that right.


Oeufs brouillés à la truffe noire-black truffle scrambled egg in crispy puff pastry The soft, fluffy scrambled eggs over a crispy pastry tart 🙂 at Agnes B, IFC.


A classic Breakfast Sampler-Sunny Side up Eggs at Cafe O, Sheung Wan.


Light Healthy, Hotel Breakfast- Egg White Omelet, crispy bacon and assorted veggies! Le Meridian Hotel, Cyberport.


Mini Tomato, Cheese and Eggs Bagel Sandwich @ Starbucks, numerous locations throughout Hong Kong.
