Hana Sakazuki is a staple for Japanese sashimi, sushi, tempura and teppanyaki ever since its opening in December 2004 at China TaiPing Tower in Causeway Bay. Recently it was renovated and I went back a second time for a fun girls night gathering! 🙂
Girls night! Finally 🙂
An assortment of fresh pickles, bamboo shoots and radishes to start our evening off!
Grilled dried fugu fish (puffer fish) with a creamy mayo sauce for dipping. Mmmmmm 🙂
Deep fried mini bite sized shrimps. I plopped SEVERAL in- these were super addictive!!!
Fresh green salad with delicious sweet figs. I loved the contrast of the sweet plump figs against the simple, light green salad.
Fresh Fugu Sashimi. Nice, light and tasty.
An assortment of uni, toro, hamachi and octopus sashimi. Super fresh, sweet and juicy.
Delicious featherlight deep- fried shrimp tempura. I loved the crispy, crunchy and sweet coating wrapping the fresh plump shrimp.
Nice medley of vegetable tempuras! Yum 🙂
Hot soothing bowl of milky fish soup! I loved the strong seafood taste and slurped up every single bit. Great dinner at Hana Sakazuki!
