JPH is a classic, traditional chocolate bar. With 17 boutiques world wide, 3 being in HK, 25 years of experience and delicious mouth watering fine chocolate with selections from Madagascar, Caracas, Piura and Peru. Their chocolates are shipped weekly from Paris. Wow.

Roasted Almonds- Dark Chocolate Almonds roasted in cocoa powder and Milk Caramel w/ white icing sugar. The Milk caramel ones were delicious! It wasn’t over powering in sweetness, but had a caramelized coating that made me smile!
The Chocolate squares behind their signature ‘BonBon Chocolates” Fig & Yuzu flavored and their Dark Chocolate ganache. Dark Chocolate is good for you. I swear. Ask anyone. Okay, maybe not anyone 😉 Life is short. Give. Live. Love. Lead..and Eat (Be Happy ;)) The first four was my motto for USB. For those who went to my High School 🙂 You know what I’m talking about!

Christmas– A cherry and pistachio colored crispy biscuit with a dark pistachio chocolate ganache…Mmmmm Christmas came early!
TRUFFLE CAKES (It gets BETTER and BETTER) The Signature Dark Chocolate Cake & a Passion fruit/Almond truffle cake. Sinfully sweet, moist, rich, creamy, and decadent beyond belief. It’s everything I look for in a cake…But not something I look for on my waist line. 😉
One last thing- Signature Hot Chocolate w/ Caviar and whipped cream. Last year, JPH won best Hot Cocoa in Paris!!! They change flavors monthly. This Christmas they offer a
guilt ridden hot cocoa. It was milky, savory, sweet, salty and chocolate-y too…all combined in one. 😉 Not for the faint of heart.
