Wong Chuk Hang has a swarm of secret foodie spots that I love to visit. 3/3rds pizzas for one thing is hard to miss when I visit Wong Chuk Hang with their ever so crunchy and brittle paper thin crispy pizza crust. Oh man, now all I can think about is their pizza.
I mean…look at that paper thin crust? 😉 Hey there, good looking.
Wong Chuk Hang is also a rising hot spot for the private dining scene. There’s so many I can list off on the back of my hand….Chef Studio by Eddy, Culinart and M Cuisine.
I recently looked into M Cuisine since a few friends and I were looking for a place to go for a new private dining experience and M Cuisine came highly recommended. We wanted to find some new places for private dining Hong Kong. The “M” in M Cuisine refers to Israeli chef Michael Erlik, who honed his cooking skills in France. He then moved to Hong Kong six years ago to work as a private catering chef and opened M Cuisine (as the executive chef) in January of 2014. He offers chef’s table, private dining experiences as well as holding cooking classes! I’m definitely into that. New years resolution: trying new things, saying yes as well as cooking more.
I pulled this off their web site and looks pretty scrumptious. The mix of flavours, colours and textures! Sooo pretty.
The menu’s from France and Italy- with a very Mediterranean emphasis and feel. Parties of 10 to 20 guests get to tailor make their menus beforehand based on the type of cuisine, preference and taste. The meal will set you back $1000+ per head, but the food is said to be VERY VERY good. They also do corporate events and catering!! Catering Hong Kong.
They have a comfortable open bar where diners can watch the action happen as well as a private seating area where you can drink, eat and be merry.
It’s definitely time for some pasta!! Look at this beautiful dish. Looks like this is the place we’ll be booking for dinner.
