‘Rei’ means ‘Courtesy’ in Japanese. Rei Japanese Cuisine, is a modernly classic Japanese restaurant (part of the Epicurean group…I’ve done a review on one of their sister establishments…iL Posto (Read all about it) with a dazzling view of the harbour all nestled inside the gigantic IFC. It’s a small, private and intimate space!  They offer teppanyaki, along with fresh sashimi and sushi from the sushi bar!! 🙂

I definitely love me some Japanese Food!!!

Inagiku (post), Sushi Take (post 1) & Sushi Take (post 2), Wagyu Takumi (post), Sushi Kuu (post), Sushi Shin (post), etc, to name a few 😉

It’s nestled inside IFC 🙂 Very close proximity to Pure Fitness…which I got a good workout in before feasting!

Oishii” = Yummy!!!! An amazingly fresh Sashimi platter for moi.

Otoro (Fatty Tuna) Hand Rolls.

My massive sashimi set….Oh my. Uni (sea urchin) were my favorite….. 🙂

Deliciously marbled, fatty Wagyu beef….it’s lightly seared on an extremely hot surface. It’s soft, juicy, tender, fatty, buttery, meaty, and amazing. It practically melts on top of your mouth.

Teppanyaki Styled-Grilled Vegetables!! <3 Need to get some veggies in me.

Sushi Set (Not my order! But thought I could show you guys…Simply fresh.)
