Korean at MOYO and an awesome Pedicure at Landmark MO!

Korean at MOYO! Thanks to the guys of FMG, I got my first taste of the delicious Korean fried chicken from MOYO. MOYO serves awesome Korean food with an Italian twist. Sis and I ventured over one night after an epic GameMasters game!! For those who haven’t played GameMasters yet… You need to!!!

After trying out the fried chicken at The Alley- sis and I hungrily stumbled over to Aberdeen Street to see what all the buzz was about. We got to the front of the shop and was surprised by how packed it was (it was after 9:30pm!) There were only a few seats at the bar left and one final table. We snagged the table! Woo Hoo.

…But we gave up our seats to a bigger party who stumbled in a little bit later and then we went to the bar! It’s fine…because the bar had all the fun action. I ordered myself a refreshing Lime Seoul cocktail with Damsol Pine Soju, fresh lime juice and tonic, HK$95.

Thank you to the chef!! We scored a few shots glasses of SOJU! 🙂

We also went with the Drunken Clams with rice wine Makgeolli, garlic, lemon, zest and chili, $108. Super delicious! The clams were jumbo, juicy and just on point. I loved the addictive rice wine makgeolli broth. I kept scooping it up over and over again.

Spicy Sountofu Stew with bean curd, clams and pork, $108. This looks spicy but it’s actually just right. It packed a punch without being too crazy hot. Super hearty, comforting and filling! #lovedit

Last but not least was the bulgogi dish. It featured prime boneless short beef ribs marinated in soy sauce, and served with mushrooms, $218. The bulgogi was juicy, tender and full of flavor!

Before this delicious meal, I went to Landmark Mandarin Oriental for a pedicure from Celebrity pedicurist to the stars: Bastien Gonzalez!

My nails never looked so incredibly good. I got a pedicure that truly shined through! After Bastien carefully buffed, polished and shined my nails….I was in awe and shock how clean, shiny and what a natural glow there was ! This is not a treatment to be missed. Absolutely loved it! Thanks again Jessica for arranging.
